What to do with the scorecard
  1. Share it at your Monday morning meeting. Pull up last week's numbers, show the trend arrows, and discuss what moved. The scorecard turns a vague "how was last week" into a concrete conversation with data.
  2. Trends matter more than single weeks. One bad week is noise. Three weeks declining in the same KPI is a signal. Watch for patterns before reacting to individual data points.
  3. Act on 3+ week declining trends. If booking rate drops three weeks in a row, investigate CSR performance and call handling. If average ticket drops, review technician pricing and option presentation. If callbacks spike, audit the work quality of specific techs.
  4. Use the monthly view for the bigger picture. Switch to Monthly to see totals and averages across the full month. This is the view to share with your accountant or use for monthly planning.
  5. Export monthly for your records. Use the Export CSV button at the end of each month. Your data lives in your browser only. Clearing browser data, switching computers, or a browser update can erase it. The export is your backup.

Your scorecard data is stored in your browser only (localStorage). It is not sent to any server. Export regularly to keep a backup. Clearing browser data will erase your history.
